Help
Idle time

    You should check to see if you have Dial Up Networking configured to disconnect after idle time.

    1. Double click on "My Computer:
    2. Double click on "Dial-Up Networking"
    3. Highlight "NCIA" (you may have named your dialer something else), then click "File" at the top of the window and select "Properties". You should now be in your "NCIA" window.
    4. Click the "Configure" button at the bottom of the window.
    5. Click the "Connection" tab at the top of the window.
    6. Change the minutes in "Disconnect a call if idle more than" box to a higher number or simply uncheck the check box next to it.
    7. Click "OK" at the bottom of this window, then click "OK" again at the bottom of the "NCIA" window.
    8. Close down the "DialUp Networking" window.
