How to use mailstart.com to send and recieve your NCIA email


  1. Go to Mailstart.com.

  2. Type username@mailhost.ncia.net in "Email Address".

    • username is the username NCIA provided you with

  3. Type the password NCIA provided you with in the password text box. Make sure that you type it exactly as it is written on your data sheet or it will not work. It is Case Sensitive.

  4. Click Check My Mail.


  5. Click on the message's subject to view it's contents.

  6. Put a check beside any message and click delete to remove it from your mailbox.

    • Note: When deleting messages in Mailstart you are also removing them from the mailserver.


  7. Click Refresh to check for new e-mail.

  8. To leave Mailstart, click Logout.
